Die Cut Laminate Rings provide extreme seal integrity for the toughest environments. Construction begins by laminating Thermafoil sheets and other application-sensitive materials with a chemical bonding solution. This solution “cures” or hardens the laminate and provides a complete carbon graphite structure. Laminated Rings are held to the highest tolerances, individually cleaned and inspected and manufactured to ensure exact dimensional repeatability. Die Cut Laminate Rings provide superior sealability because of the graphite crystalline and laminate material orientation. They work in applications from cryogenic states to superheated steam and can operate in a vacuum or a wellhead.
