Fly Ash Gaskets are manufactured from Themabraid®, a high purity, low weight loss, flexible graphite yarn. Fly Ash Gaskets can stand up to the high operating temperatures and the abrasive environments found in power generation, pulp and paper and even fly ash handling systems where saturated steam, chemicals, caustics and sewage persist. Uniform density control provides consistent compression while construction provides resilience to thermal expansion. Fly ash gaskets are suitable to us in temperature up to 1200 degrees F (650 degrees C) in all aggressive media.
