Dynapack DCP high-cycle valve stem packing consists of two, high density Thermabraid® inconel reinforced flexible graphite end rings and three density controlled Thermafoil® TF-B die molded sealing rings.

Description

Dynapack DCP high-cycle valve stem packing consists of two, high density Thermabraid® inconel reinforced flexible graphite end rings and three density controlled Thermafoil® TF-B die molded sealing rings. High density rings provide rapid and uniform load transfer to the gland follower and the sealing rings while the low density rings transfer this axial loading into radial force achieving positive stem sealing with minimal drag. Can be used for rising and rotating-rising valve stem applications and are available for standard and metric stuffing boxes. Seals in pressures of up to 10,000 psi in a full PH range at temperatures of up to 1200 degrees F (650 degrees C) in steam or atmospheric environments of up to 850 degrees F (455 degrees C). Available in High-Purity for nuclear service (DCP-HP).
