Q-Foil Polyimide and E-Glass Construction

Description

A hybrid construction with the benefits of greater tensile strength, abrasion resistance and lower current leakage.  Polyimide and E-Glass is made for high temperature applications where a Q-Foil heater is mounted to the surface with an adhesive such as PSA. The polyimide layer, with excellent thermal transfer ad dielectric properties, is bonded to the surface while the E-Glass faces outward providing a tough, damage resistant, textured surface. E-Glass thickness can be used to provide additional insulation.
Continuous temperature of up to 450 degrees F.
Sizes are available up to 24 in. X 60 in.
