Description
The Polyimide or Kapton® insulated Q-foil heater, is specifically designed for high temperature, high watt density applications. A variety of Teflon® based adhesive products are used to bond and insulate the laminate layers around the flexible graphite. Heaters can be mounted to your substrate by mechanical clamping or by bonding the heater to the surface using an optional pressure sensitive adhesive. UL/CSA approval is available for heaters manufactured with polyimide construction.
Continuous temperature of up to 475 degrees F
Intermittent temperature of up to 500 degrees F
Sizes are available up to 24 in. X 60 in.
